Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd serves as lead book-running managers whilst President Securities Corp serves as underwriters.

Goldkey, which is focused in the embedded, industrial and overclock-module sectors for more than 20 years, was awarded the Excellent Exporter Award year-on-year for more than a decade now by the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs and recently won the 2021 Dun & Bradstreet SME Elite Award. 2019 turnover stood at U$180M, and 1H’21 revenue posting close to U$90M with gross profit margin at 12.5%.
